High: Watching two of my children, Sami and Jonathan, test for their next rank in TKD. Sami is now a black stripe and can official test, if ready, for black belt in six months. Jonathan is now a yellow stripe and he was hilarious to watch during his testing but he is all pumped up now for the next rank!
Low: Pat being gone for the weekend! We all miss him terribly!
