Washing Machine Blues

My washing machine needed to be replaced or repaired anyway. I wanted to wait until February but that wasn't in the cards. So we were going to set out for shopping yesterday around noon but it turned out to be closer to four and I was not in the mood anymore. There is so many choices from the type, color, brand, and of course price. Since I can't make up my mind we decided to go to the rental place around the corner and rent one of the front loader ones so I can try it out and decide if it is worth the money. They delivered it, set it up, and will pick it up when we decide that we don't want it anymore. Not a bad way to go since I can use it for free until the 7th of Feb. After setting it up and running the first load though I have decided it is not going to be a front loader for me. It took 1 1/2 hours to wash the first load. I do not have time to wait that long for a load to get washed. So back to the beginning and figure out what I want without that type in the mix. I just have to do some research about the top loaders with out the agitator to see if they take longer or not also. Wish me luck on my quest.
