The joys of a babysitter...

Pat and I have always made time for ourselves to go out and enjoy time alone. We tried making sure we had a night out once a week but we would fall short sometimes because of the kids schedules and our crazy routine, it was often a last minute decision but by then it is usually too late to find a babysitter. Well, no more for us! We have a babysitter at home and who conveniently wants to babysit all the time! The last two months have been great! We have been going out with friends about once a week and we are loving it. We have been to hockey games, bars, dancing, dinners, early morning breakfasts, and just anything we want! With all this time we have even taking more time out with the kids and had a blast! I think we are refreshed from our time together without planning or discussing the plans, dropping off or picking up the babysitter, making sure the house is clean before they come over, all that stress is gone! We just have fun, it is no work now and we are loving it! Now, we only go once a week because I don't want to over use our new babysitter, even though she asks us to go out all the time because she wants more money, we have restrained ourselves. Again, just to clarify, WE LOVE OUR NEW BABYSITTER!!!!!
